MARGHERITA MUSCO
PhD Student
I achieved my Master’s degree in Clinical, Developmental, and Neuro-Psychology at the University of Milano-Bicocca in October 2020. Since November 2021, I have been a PhD Student in Psychology, Linguistics, and Cognitive Neuroscience at the Department of Psychology of Milano-Bicocca.Â
My main research interests concern the cognitive and neural mechanisms at the basis of motor coordination, with a special focus on what happens when one of the actors fails during a joint action. I am interested in the interplay between the brain's social, motor, and monitoring systems. Since 2018, I have also been working in the Neuroscience of Art and on the neurophysiology of motor prediction during action observation. Since the early years of my career, I have participated in the design, data collection and analysis of behavioral and fMRI studies.
